Dr. Freddy and I spent a great deal of time together as I embarked on a journey to identify and connect with my inner purpose - both personally and professionally. Through our work together, I was able to craft a personal purpose statement, a spiritual vision statement, and life vision statement. Outdated educational, political, and religious systems have failed us for far too long. I have always believed there is more than what we’ve been given.

Life is not a linear path; my journey certainly is not.

I became an award-winning life and leadership coach, creator, and author. I have served numerous organizations, including Lyra Health, BetterUp, CoachHub, The Vision Investment, and LandIt.

I completed my Ph.D. in professional coaching and human development from the International University of Professional Studies. I proudly hold the prestigious ICF credential of Master Certified Coach (MCC).

My work passionately champions the empowerment and advancement of BIPOC voices, creators, and leaders globally.

Escaping the golden handcuffs of the 9-to-5 grind, I found myself stuck in the golden prison of 1-to-1 client work hustle.

Now, I am relentlessly pursuing total, uninterrupted freedom by building my golden palace, a one-person creator economy.

I believe one who masters technology and self masters the universe. A new era is emerging where human intelligences and artificial intelligences integrate to reimagine how we do life in the innovation age of work.

Hence, the WinningOS framework was born. I am mastering the art of winning—not for the accolades or applause, but for the freedom to author my own rules.

This winning operating system enables us to work smarter, earn higher, live freer—without compromising our values or individuality.
