ICF Mentoring Program
If you are seeking to upgrade your coaching credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), required candidates must complete a certain number of hours of coach education, coaching experience, and mentoring. Successful completion of this program will satisfy the ICF mentoring hour requirements for up to the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential.
PREREQUISITES
MCC: Completed or completing 200+ cumulative hours of coach education
MCC: A minimum of 2500 hours (2250 paid*) of coaching experience with at least 35 clients following the start of your coach-specific training.
MCC: Holds, or previously held, PCC Credential.

PROGRAM DETAILS
The entire program is run over a total of ten (10) sessions over three (3) months.
One (1) session reviewing ICF Competencies (including MCC Markers) and ICF Code of Ethics
Eight (8) sessions will include reviewing and assessing permissible client sessions, listening to approved sessions, or coaching demonstrations. For mentee session assessments:
Written client permission slips will be provided for session recordings.
Self-assessment forms will be provided.
Mentee audio recordings and self-assessments must be sent no later than 72 hours before the mentoring session to allow ample time for mentor coach review. Otherwise, the session will need to be rescheduled.
Audio recording duration should ideally be 40-55min for MCC.
