ICF Mentoring Program
If you are seeking to upgrade your coaching credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), required candidates must complete a certain number of hours of coach education, coaching experience, and mentoring. Successful completion of this program will satisfy the ICF mentoring hour requirements for up to the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential.
PREREQUISITES
MCC: Completed or completing 200+ cumulative hours of coach education
PCC: Completed or completing 125+ cumulative hours of coach education
MCC: A minimum of 2500 hours (2250 paid*) of coaching experience with at least 35 clients following the start of your coach-specific training.
PCC: A minimum of 500 hours (450 paid*) of coaching experience with at least 25 clients following the start of your coach-specific training.
MCC: Holds, or previously held, PCC Credential.

PROGRAM DETAILS
The entire program is run over a total of ten (10) sessions over three (3) months.
One (1) session reviewing ICF Competencies (including PCC / MCC Markers) and ICF Code of Ethics
Eight (8) sessions reviewing and assessing permissible client sessions.
Written client permission slips will be provided for sessions recordings.
Mentee audio recordings and self assessments are to be sent no later than 72 hours prior to mentoring session to allow ample time for mentor coach review. Otherwise session will need to be rescheduled.
Self assessment forms will be provided.
Audio recordings should ideally be 35-45 minutes in duration.
